1. Return Eligibility
- Customers may request an return within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be returned in the same physical condition as received — free from scratches, dents, or signs of misuse.
- All original accessories and packaging must be included.
- A valid invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
⚠️ TechBolt Store reserves the right to inspect the product and decline an exchange if the above conditions are not met.
2. Return Process
- Once your product is returned and inspected, we will process the exchange for another model or unit of your choice (subject to stock availability).
- If the chosen replacement product is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
- If the chosen replacement product is of lower value, no refund will be issued — instead, you may select an alternative product of equal value.
Important:
- All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Guidelines – Domestic & International
- Within UAE:
- Pickup service may be available in certain Emirates (fees may apply).
- In other Emirates, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Outside UAE:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes for exchanges or warranty claims.
- If a defect is verified, TechBolt Store will cover repair or replacement costs — but shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product shows physical damage, water exposure, or tampering
- The device has been modified, altered, or software-locked after delivery
- Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
- The request is made after the 7 day period
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the standard exchange policy applies.
6. Warranty – TechBolt Guarantee
Every product comes with a 1-month Guarantee, covering:
- Internal defects or workmanship issues
- Device failures under normal usage
Not covered:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Water exposure, misuse, or software issues
Shipping under warranty:
- Customers cover all shipping costs (domestic & international).
- If the defect is confirmed, TechBolt Store will handle repair or replacement — but not logistics.
7. Preventing Policy Misuse
To maintain fairness, TechBolt Store monitors repeated return requests. We reserve the right to restrict future exchanges in cases of misuse.
